Drivers

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport passengers to their destinations
  • Ensure timely and efficient service
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of the vehicle
  • Provide a friendly and professional experience for all passengers

 

Requirements:

  • Valid driving licence
  • Taxi licence/badge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience is a plus, but not required

Passenger Assistants

Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with special needs during their journey
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, their guardians, and schools
  • Provide support in case of emergencies

 

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Compassionate and patient demeanour
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is a plus
